The item prices were actually good, but the shipping cost was so high it kind of ruined it for me. It also felt like that concern wasn’t really acknowledged, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating

The compatibility help was definitely useful and saved me from guessing on a few things, which I appreciated. That said, the replies felt a little short, and I still had to double-check a couple of specs on my own to feel sure. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, and the guidance did point me in the right direction, I just think it could be a bit clearer next time.

"Not sure I would trust them again"
I ordered from pittsburghsprayequip.com and it was went okay overall, but the updates were slow. I had to reach out myself before I get any clear info, which was kind of annoying. Nothing really awful happen, but it just didn’t make me feel super confident about ordering from them again.

I ordered some spray equipment parts that were listed as in stock, but the whole shipping process ended up being really annoying. Nothing went out for several days, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I emailed to ask what was going on, but the answers I got weren’t even consistent, one message made it sound like it was ready to ship, then another made it seem like they were still waiting on something. The part did finally arrive and it was fine, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on them if you need something by a certain date.

"Super Clear and Easy to Work With"
They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. No confusing back-and-forth or feeling like I had to chase anyone down. it was smooth overall. And wow, that was such a relief because I really did not want another complicated process. Good communication from start to finish

I was looking around for a sprayer and checked out Pittsburgh Spray Equipment, but the prices just didn’t seem worth it to me. I found similar options for less elsewhere, so I ended up passing. Maybe it works for other people, but for what I was looking for, it didn’t feel competitive...

I had to cancel an order and, i was already bracing myself for it to turn into a whole thing. You know how refunds can be sometimes??
I emailed Pittsburgh Spray Equip and they replied quickly. The refund was taken care of way faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to keep following up or chasing anyone down.
Stuff happens, orders change, but they handled it really fairly. That kind of service makes a difference, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong spray tip and needed to swap it out. Pittsburgh Spray Equipment got back to me really quickly and made the whole exchange way less of a hassle than I expected. The refund difference showed up fast too, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely order from them again

"Decent sprayer, though maybe I expected too much"
Overall, the sprayer has been good. It works like it’s supposed to and feels solid enough, but one of the fittings seemed a little cheap to me and I had to tighten it right away. Maybe I’m being too picky, especially for the price, but I guess I just expected it to be a bit cleaner and more ready to go out of the box.

I needed a couple replacement parts, and it ended up being more annoying than I expected. A lot of the stuff I was looking for was out of stock, or it wasn’t really clear if it was actually available or not. So I kept going back and checking, then second-guessing what I was even looking at. The site itself is fine, I guess, but yeah, the whole parts availability thing took way more time than it should have and was frustrating.
